/PACG/ECM_SMAT - Service material determination

This transaction allows user to fill the field Service Product when service order is create from FSM side. There are some parameters which can help identify what kind of service product. In the last column, the desired service product name is entered under specified assumptions.
Service material determination dependent on few factors:
Company | This data is necessary to define any determination. In case when company will stay blank, the system will fill it automatically as company number 0. |

Type | Order Type can be entered alone (except company) or with the others factories. |
MAT | Main Activity Type can be used as as a single entry (except company) or with any other values. |
PG | Planner Group must be entered with Planning Plant. If PL. Equip./FL flag in Service call general settings is not checked then data is collected from field INGRP (Planner Group) in table t024i (Maintenance planner group). |
PlPl | Planning Plant is inseparable with Planner Group. Due to the luck of such field during create service order in the FSM there is determination to equipment which belongs to particular Planning Plant. Additionally PL. Equip./FL flag in Service call general settings must be checked. Otherwise Planning plant is taken from /PACG/ECM_PLAS (Plant assignments). |
After successfully created service order in FSM, our Service product should display in back-end system.
