When a complaint is in status 'Solution found' the user can follow a negative or a positive path in order to complete the flow.
Positive Scenario
If the sales person chooses a positive value like 'Accept Solution' the following selection could be 'Credit note/Voucher created' which is a final state
Negative Scenario
When the user selects status 'No Solution possible' as 'Bad solution' then the next step can be 'No solution possible' again and the process is completed with the status '
