This is a transaction for manual sending of equipment master records from SAP ECC/S4 to FSM.
Usually, execution of this transaction is not necessary. The initial equipment transfer can be performed via the so-called full sync (see Full sync). Additionally, due to event implementation, newly created or updated equipment (IE01/IE02) will be transferred automatically.
Use this transaction to transfer singular objects to FSM or to unblock objects when other solutions fail.
| Send equipments only if they had already been sent before. The setting prevents sending equipments not used by any service order. Currently, this functionality is handled by the ‘Force sending’ parameter. |
---|---|
Send Subhierarchy | Trigger sending of equipments belonging to the top-down structure of the one entered in data selection. The option has the same effect as ‘Send sub hier’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_EQ1 and overwrites it (if it’s set here, send the subhierarchy, even though it’s not set in /PACG/ECM_EQ1). |
Intercompany transfer | Check this field to include plants set as ‘intercompany’ when transferring equipment to SAP FSM. If no plant assignment is marked as ‘intercompany’ for a given company, this setting does not cause any changes. Learn more: /PACG/ECM_PLAS - Plant Assignment |
