An additional functionality in /PACG/ECM_CL_PREF allows to setup checklist prefillling for S4 Service Order. A separate segment for conditions list in menu is dedicated only to S4 Service Order:

In section Fields mapping are available structures that corresponds to field in S4 Service Order. In that way, selected checklist template can be transfer to FSM with data from the S4 Service Order. Following structures can be used on this purpose:

  • S_S4SCALL_SERV_H - it reflects S4 Service Order Header fields

  • S_S4SCALL_SERV_I - it reflects S4 Service Order Item fields

Moreover, in existing structure S_E4C_ACTI following fields has been added:

  • LEAN_OBJECT_ID - ID of the S4 Service Order

  • LEAN_ITEM_NO - Item ID of the S4 Service Order

  • No labels
