General concept of the FSM feature
When a technician closes a checklist leaving obligatory fields empty, an explanation must be added.
FSM Cloud Connector features
Unfinished checklist explanation texts are saved (if exist) and can be displayed in the following transactions - /PACG/ECM_CHECKL_SHW - Checklists Display and /PACG/ECM_CHECKL_MON - Checklists Monitoring. Both reports present only the first line of the text, the whole long explanation is presented on a popup screen after clicking on a chosen field.
