The crowd partner can add new technicians by clicking the '+' button on his partner portal welcoming page.


The creation form includes the technician's skills.


After saving it, the technician receives an email.

The new technician can be seen in the crowd owner's crowd management / my connections tab, even if he hasn't logged into his account yet.

The new technician can be found in the Crowd Owner's Master Data.


Crowd technicians are displayed on the Planning and Dispatching Board in italics.

A new technician – idocs and SAP references

The following Idocs are generated while adding a new technician:

  • /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_USER_IN – user of type ERPUSER

     

The ID number points at the technician’s personal number in HR Master Data.

 

  • /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_USERuser of type employee, with crowd_type set as 'PARTNER_TECHNICIAN'

     

The crowd type can be seen in SAP via transaction /PACG/ECM_USRADR - E4C users with addresses. The technician is stored in this table.

 

  • /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_ADDRESS_IN

     

  • /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_USER

     

  • /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_SKILL_IN
