Person reservation sent from SAP HR Master Data

FSM Person Reservations or Absences can be sent from SAP, using transaction PA30 - HR Maintain HR Master Data. This is done with infotype ‘Absences’ (tab ‘Time data’).
Starting from (S4)PACG 200 SP06, creation of absences via transaction PA70 (infotype 2001) also triggers transfer of person reservation objects.
Starting from (S4)PACG 200 SP12, maintenance of absences via transaction PTMW also triggers transfer of person reservation objects.
After filling the period data, create a new entry (white page icon) and choose an attendance/absence type.
The type should be customized in transaction /PACG/ECM_T554S - Att./Abs. types for Person reservations .
The final screen contains more properties.
After saving, an idoc of type /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_PERSRESERV is sent to the cloud.
The reservation can be found on the Planning and Dispatching Board.
