Sending report for region as Service employee group consists of following parameters:

  • Company - FSM Company ID.

  • Service Organization - An organization that includes a service employee group. It is a level higher in the organizational hierarchy than Service Team.

  • Service Team - Service Employee Group in Service Organization hierarchy.

Applicable when Enterprise Organization Model is disabled on a system. Make sure to adjust the settings /PACG/ECM_VLO_GR - Regions for Service Order/Activity and /PACG/ECM_P_GR - Group/region for technicians accordingly.
