With this table users can be assigned to regions. The second "Object" column is called object_region (object as a region for technicians).
See: /PACG/ECM_SC_GR – Group Object for service call. Maintain both settings in the same manner (the same values - 'Work center' or ‘Address region’ in both).

(S4)PACG 200 SP07 Multiple regions | By default, only one region assignment can be sent with technician’s master data. If a technician is assigned to more than 1 work center, only 1 work center is indicated in FSM. Activate this field to send multiple region assignments for a technician so that each work center to which the employee is assigned will be visible in FSM as a region. This option only applies to ‘Region object’ set to ‘Work center’. If another option is set, the ‘Multiple regions’ checkbox will be greyed out. |
