(S4)PACG 200 SP07 Multiple regions | By default, only one region assignment can be sent with technician’s master data. If a technician is assigned to more than 1 work center, only 1 work center is indicated in FSM. Activate this field to send multiple region assignments for a technician so that each work center to which the employee is assigned will be visible in FSM as a region. This option applies to ‘Region object’ set to ‘Work center’. (S4)PACG 300 SP03 The option can also be used for region source set to ‘Service Employee Group/Service Team’. When disabled and more than one object assignment is found for a technician, the one set as default service employee group/service team is taken first (see /PACG/ECM_VLODS - S/4HANA Service Order Default Settings). If no assigned object is set as default, the first found is used. |
