Transfer Service Teams as Regions.

Applicable when Enterprise Organization Model is enabled on a system. Make sure to adjust the settings /PACG/ECM_VLO_GR - Regions for Service Order/Activity and /PACG/ECM_P_GR - Group/region for technicians accordingly.
