Notification functionality supports transferring both service and PM notifications meeting the following conditions:

·       The notification can be found in the SAP standard table QMEL (the implemented logic searches for entries in view VIQMEL).

·       Proper notification types are maintained in transaction /PACG/ECM_SNOT_TYPES.

For automatic transfer of service notification from a specified plant to a company of your choice, maintain an entry in /PACG/ECM_PLAS - Plant Assignment.

Make sure all the required notification types are entered in https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/37137498 . If not, it will be impossible to transfer such notifications.

Create a new PM notification in IW21.

After releasing and saving, navigate to WE05 to check if an outbound service notification idoc has been generated.     

The SAP PM notification is stored by SAP FSM as an incident object. Navigate to the query API in the admin module and enter the query below: 

The notification can also be found in SAP view VIQMEL.

Navigate to IW22 and create a new order for the notification.

Release and save the service order.

Synchronize the mobile app and find the created service order. Tap on the ‘Incident’ tab. 

The displayed incident should match information entered for the PM notification created at the beginning.

It is also possible to manually send notifications with transaction https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/38175219. Keep in mind the customizing tables mentioned in the first steps.

Executing the program with proper input results in generating /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_SERVNOTIF_OUT idocs.
