/PACG/ECM_SRAT - Service Rating


Definition of the possible Rating levels. The Values 0,1 … from the cloud can be translated to own values (AA, AB, …). These values can be stored in an additional field in the CAS-Contact information.
Description: The file name for the signature is built by the place holder &1 = Order Number and &2 = Subscriber and the text following the last place holder.
Below is the current object rating from FSM:


The service ratings (ObjectRating) can only be entered in the service call header as of current. Even after checkout on activity level with signature, this is not shown at the activity level. The smiley emoji is only shown at this service call level in which the technician will ask the customer to sign and submit.


The inbound idoc for this service rating will be sent from FSM to SAP ERP.


The service ratings are currently stored as the attachment file name extension.
