/PACG/ECM_CKDET - Update control key after act. ass. in FSM
Determine the control key assignment per order type depending on internal or external (subcontractor) technician.
The external technician indicator is identified in /PACG/ECM_MAINT_USERS in field "Subcontractor". If this "Subcontractor" field is checked, then the control key from the field "External techn." will be used for the operation.
NoUpdOthCK add-on 200 sp04 | If enabled, before changing the service order’s operation’s control key it is checked if the control key currently set on the operation is one of the defined in transaction /PACG/ECM_CKDET (for a given company and order type). If not, the control key won’t be changed.
Further explanation: In transaction /PACG/ECM_CKDET we can define control key determination based on internal or external person. We can have two different control keys per company/order type. In the transaction /PACG/ECM_TKDET we can have more than 2 allowed control keys. Certain control keys should never be changed - all the ones from /PACG/ECM_TKDEF, which are not in /PACG/ECM_CKDET. During operation update, the operation's current control key is checked. If the control key is not defined in /PACG/ECM_CKDET and the new checkbox is enabled, the control key won’t be changed. |
