6.1 Create Inquiry (from within DSW)
The user navigates to the Inquiry Grid List selects the + button to create a new Inquiry and fills-out all the required information.Â
The most important information to be filled-out is the following:Â
- First and Last Name of the interested prospect customerÂ
- An email or any phone number to contact the customerÂ
- The source and the channel are required fieldsÂ
- The campaign number in case the customer is reaching out because of a specific campaign.Â
The inquiry is created in DSW with default status: GeneratedÂ
