6.1 Create Inquiry (from within DSW)

The user navigates to the  Inquiry Grid List selects the + button to create a new Inquiry and fills-out all the required information. 


The most important information to be filled-out is the following: 

  • First and Last Name of the interested prospect customer 
  • An email or any phone number to contact the customer 
  • The source and the channel are required fields 
  • The campaign number in case the customer is reaching out because of a specific campaign. 

The inquiry is created in DSW with default status: GeneratedÂ
