6.8 Disqualify Inquiry

The user has the choice to 'Disqualify" an inquiry by selective the respective function from the Actions menu. The Inquiry must be in status 'Generated".

In the pop up form, the user can enter the reasons for the disqualification and save. The inquiry status is updated to 'Disqualified'.
