Below are presented and explained:
Planning mode determination
It is possible to define the different planning mode for order types.
This setting can influence for example if the appointment will be allocated from Online Appointment Scheduling application or just saved as appointment without allocation to resources.

Three planning modes are available:
- Automatic
- Manual
- No allocation

Once no allocation is set for SRS Order type “Appointment” the user will see limited version of Online Appointment Scheduling application in the “Date” step.

The button “Find available appointments” will disappear and the SRS order will be saved just with date and time proposed by the user.
This means no allocation is done, planning engine will not be started – the resources availability is not checked.

Proposed Visit Time Resolution
In SAP Visit Time Resolution (no planning) it is possible to set up conditions. This function has influence on preferred time visible in OAS.
