Reports
Prerequisites
Data Gathering for Workshop Analysis was set up.
Live Connection between the Sap Analytics Cloud and S/4 was set up.
Workshop Analysis Report is installed in your Sap Analytics Cloud tenant.
You were granted access to read from the Work Time Cube (role /DBE/SAC_LABOR_REPORTER in S/4).
You were granted access to read VSS orders in the relevant organizational scope (authorization object /DBE/ORDER)
You were granted access to the SAC story PAR_PROAXIA_Workshop_Analysis.
Accessing the reports
The reports are delivered as SAC story PAR_PROAXIA_Workshop_Analysis.
To call the report you can simply type the story name in the search box located in the top right corner of the screen.
There are several methods to access the report. For more information please consult the SAC Online Help Center.
Filtering
There are several filters located above the charts. You can use them to narrow down the reported scope or influence time intervals.
Current Period
This filter controls content of charts and tables that present data for one month. By default, the filter is set to current calendar month. If you wish to see other month, please uncheck the box "System Current Date / Period" and select an another one.
Date
This filter controls the time range used for all tables and charts not limited to the current time period. Multiple time ranges can be selected. Please note that all ranges are set in relation to the Current Period filter. This means that you always calculate backwards from the selected period.
Personnel Number
This filter can be used to select a group of employees or an individual. You can either use the search filed or select employees from the hierarchy. By default, the hierarchy is constructed in the following order - Company -> Plant -> Employee.
If you are allowed to modify the story, you can choose other hierarchy, that is Company-> Personnel Area -> Subarea -> Employee. To do so, click on the filter - > Edit Filter.. -> Expand details and select hierarchy.
