Service call type definition

WBS service call type definitions should be maintained in transaction https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/37137315.

 

Make sure to check the type definition as ‘Active' and enable the ‘SalesActGener’ option.

 

The project type value corresponds to the value entered in WBS definition, tab ‘Basic data’:

 

Project type - default values

If no partner is maintained for a WBS element, the default customer value from transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTDF - Service call typ (WBS) - Def. values will be used.

 

Object assignment

The ‘WBS’ object should be assigned to a relevant plant. Make sure to maintain an entry in the following transactions:
