Display FSM Cloud Connector version info in the FSM Cockpit
FSM Cloud Connector, Message Broker and Transporter versions are now available directly in the FSM Cockpit. This reduces the number of transactions used by monitoring consultantsBAdI+definitions#I_ADJUST_REFERENCE_DATA_BDS Automatic population of attachments added to Service Call in FSM to activities should be optional From now on, it is possible to disable automatic population of attachments added to service calls to the related activities/notifications. Objects assignment
Objects assignment maintenance got redesigned and it is now possible to assign Connector objects only to relevant SAP objects.

Set status 68 for incoming IDocs instead of 56
When processing of incoming IDocs fails then the status 68 (Error - no further processing) will be set instead of 56 (IDoc with errors added).
Queue Alert Program - identify locked queues with status READY
The Queue alert program (/PACG/ECM_QSTATUS) can now trace also queues with status READY. This allows to identify queues which were locked for a longer time period.

Items
Map material status to active/inactive flag in item
It is now possible for customers to customize which items' statuses should be considered as status ‘active’ for items in FSM and which as status ‘inactive’EQ1 - Equipment Settings, field ‘Partner source’
FSM Connector (general) | Report correcting the entries in the table BELHDR (follow up to SAP Note 3206242) A new report added to Connector’s toolset (folder 'Administration') which can fix entries in BELHDR table (application logs), which cannot be removed otherwise. Changes in FSM Connector General Properties - transaction /PACG/ECM_CPROP Fields enabling DMS and BDS attachments got removed from transaction /PACG/ECM_CPROP. They were obsolete since attachments control was moved to /PACG/ECM_CUST_ATTA transaction. Also, the control field enabling FSM Activities ('FSM activity') got removed since this is the only solution and disabling them may lead to inconsistencies. Sending deletion requests requires an authorization A new authorization object (/PACG/E010) is used to control who can send objects' deletion requests to FSM. Learn more: Authorization objects |

Network orders
Network control key determination
A new config option added in /PACG/ECM_NCKD. It lets users control conditions under which network activity can be updated
Performance
Batch quantities owners
When sending batch quantities to FSM, instead of creating for each owner its own IDoc segment, all batch owners are concatenated into a string and stored in as little segments as possible
Conditional triggering of events for orders
Before system triggers event sending an order to FSM, it checks beforehand if a given order is valid for sending.
Trigger ITEM event conditionally
Items are now sent to FSM using BTE instead of SWEC. This way it is possible to narrow the number of raised /PACG/ event and trigger them only for relevant materials
Personal reservation
Dummy booking for Personal Reservation
It is possible now to enable dummy booking for inbound personal reservation objects. When it is enabled, no SAP document will be created, only a confirmation message is sent back to FSM
Change key for attendance/absence types
Object key for attendance and absence types got changed in such a way that duplicates should not be sent anymore.
Fixed start/end time also for HR-originated person reservations
Configuration option ‘Fixed start/end time’ set in transaction /PACG/ECM_T554S can be now also applied to person reservations originated from HR and not only from CATS entries
Reserved Materials
Reserved materials and closed activities
The reserved materials IDocs, referencing activities will not be sent anymore after referenced activities get closed
Service orders
For new operation, use units from sap standard customizing
When a new operation is created SAP based on a new activity from FSM, the time unit which is used is checked against SAP customising. It is especially important when unit representing HOUR is used because in SAP there are two different units that can be used H and STD
Time efforts
When posting time effort/work time use time unit default for activity type
When confirmations are created, Connector determines the correct time unit that should be used to identify an 'hour’ based on a standard SAP customizing.
Worktime
Post work time to activity allocation with reference to internal orders
Until now worktime reported in FSM could have been booked only with CATS if the referenced order was an internal one. With this new Connector release it is now possible to use also activity allocation (because for internal orders it is not possible to post confirmations)
Users/Employees
Automatic FSM user creation based on SAP role assignment - support for S/4
A new report checks if SAP users have been assigned certain (predefined) roles and for such users, FSM users are createdPerformance | Sending reserved materials to FSM Customize FSM Connector to send reserved material and batches only if the service order operation is dispatched. Learn more: /PACG/ECM_SCTDM – Movements for service order type Overview and Detail, field ‘ReservedDisp’ Suppress ASA event when processing inbound final confirmation When processing inbound final confirmations, the ASA event is suppressed and not triggered anymore. This in tuned improved significantly the entire operation, especially in case of orders having a huge number of assigned activities |
Personal reservations | Store inbound person reservation properties in SAP ECC/S4 to avoid overwriting them Properties of personal reservations' created in FSM will be stored in a dedicated table to avoid overwriting them after synchronization with the backend. This includes e.g. fixed technician or exclusive reservation properties which do not have any matching property in SAP ECC/S4. Store/retrieve descriptions for person reservations saved as HR absences Personal reservations' remarks are stored as Absence infotype’s long text. This allows accessing them in SAP and prevents losing them after synchronization with the backend. |
Service Order | Maintain equipment on the operation via Assignment functionality on the Object tab in the service order When equipment is maintained in SAP ECC/S4 via Object assignment, equipment added to activities in FSM/inherited from copied activities will be properly populated to the operation. In order to create an object with link to the operation, make sure to select ‘Create object’ in field ‘Change equi’ of transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTD. Learn more: /PACG/ECM_SCTD – Service Call types definition: Overview and Detail, field ‘Change equi’ |
Transactions | List of new transactions:
|
Users/Employees | In FSM Users' maintenance reports, additional info about user name or personal number is added Now in users maintenance transactions (/PACG/ECM_ALV_USERS - Mass User Maintenance/ /PACG/ECM_MAINT_USER - FSM users), both employee personnel number and user name are displayed for each defined FSM person (only when corresponding objects exist). In addition, both of them work as links to the related transactions SU01 in case of user and PA30 in case of employee In the transaction /PACG/ECM_USERG allow using other email sources than 4 predefined ones It is now possible to use other subtypes of infotype 0105 than the four predefined values as the source of email address for the users Learn more: /PACG/ECM_USERG – User – General Settings, field ‘Email src’ Multiple work centers assigned to a person sent as a region If a user is assigned to more than one work centres, all of them can be displayed as technician’s regions. Link BAdI with related UDF definition
FSM Connector makes it now possible to ‘jump’ from UDF definition maintenance directly to related BAdI definition.Group object for technicians, field ‘Multiple regions’
UDF | Transfer UDF definitions directly in the UDF configuration transaction UDF definition transaction has now the option that allows sending UDFs definition to FSM based on selected items Learn more: https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/37138034/PACG+ECM+UDF+CONF+-+UDF+ |
/PACG/ECM_IS_UDFDATA_OUT segment has been added to all outbound IDocs
The newest Connector release allows adding UDF to every outbound IDocs. Till now, it was possible to add UDF only to the messages which have corresponding screens in FSM Web Application or in mobile apps
