Planned start date

If /PACG/ECM_VSCTD - Service Call types definition | Activity start/end from order header is set, basic dates from service order header are used. Otherwise, operation constraints are used. If constraints cannot be found, field /PACG/ECM_VSCTD - Service Call types definition | Activity planned start/end date determines the date source.

• Early – use earliest scheduled start date/time

• Late – use latest scheduled start date/time

• Early and late – use earliest scheduled start date/time

If /PACG/ECM_VSCTD - Service Call types definition | Activity start/end from order header is set, basic dates from service order header are used. Otherwise, operation constraints are used.
