PREFILLED CHECKLISTS in WBS element integration

Use transaction /PACG/ECM_CL_PREF - Checklist prefilling configuration to automatically generate prefilled checklist instances for WBS activities. The instances will be filled with data retrieved from SAP ECC/S4 tables, based on configurable mapping. Build a set of rules based on which a checklist instance will be assigned to an activity.

To trigger generation of a checklist instance referring to an activity, the following criteria should be met:

  • The activity has status ‘OPEN’

  • The activity has a technician assigned

  • The conditions specified in the view cluster are met

Use the following structures dedicated to WBS to prefill checklists:

  • S_WBS_ACTIVITY – properties of the activity WBS, taken from table PRPS

  • S_WBS_SCALL – properties of the activity’s service call WBS, taken from table PRPS

Apart from these, the following structures can be used:

  • S_E4C_ACTI

  • S_EQ_OPER_EQUI (equipment from activity WBS)

  • S_EQ_OPER_EQUZ (equipment from activity WBS)

  • S_EQ_SCALL_EQUI (equipment from service call WBS)

  • S_EQ_SCALL_EQUZ (equipment from service call WBS)

  • S_FL_OPER_IFLOT (functional location from activity WBS)

  • S_FL_SCALL_IFLOT (functional location from service call WBS)

Fields ‘Excl. status’ and ‘1st operation’ in node ‘Technical cond assignment’ are not supported in WBS integration.
