/PACG/ECM_VSCTDQ - Service call types (SN) definition

(S4)PACG 200 SP09

As of (S4)PACG 200 SP12 the transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTDQ - Service call types (SN) definition is considered obsolete, hidden from the FSM Cloud Connector menu and shouldn’t be used to maintain order type-specific customizing. One of the following alternatives must be used instead:

General purpose

This transaction is used for service calls created from service notifications and is the equivalent of /PACG/ECM_VSCTD - Service Call types definition .

Learn about process prerequisites: Notifications as service calls

Sending transaction (?)

/PACG/ECM_SCTMASTER - Service Call Type

(S4)PACG 200 SP09 You can navigate to the sending transaction using the button Send to FSM, placed on the toolbar.

Object assignment (?)

Object SERVICECALLTYPE must be added to /PACG/ECM_NOAS - No Object Assignment for a given company

Enter FSM-relevant notification types and maintain notification type-dependent settings. The transaction simplifies navigation through the service call type definition customizing due to customizing options being grouped into meaningful categories.

The view cluster additionally incorporates fields from customizing /PACG/ECM_SCTDN - Movements for Srv.order (SN) type and groups them based on material scenario:

Customizing options

No new operation

Do not create a new notification task for new activities created in FSM, instead assign the activity to an existing task.

If fields source activity and origin activity are not filled, the first relevant task is searched for. Relevant task means its task key is active. See also /PACG/ECM_TGDEF - Task codes activation.

Send Attachment

GOS/BDS/DMS attachments added to service and PM notifications in SAP ECC/S4 can be transferred to FSM as service call attachments. Learn more: Cloud message to SAP object configuration | Attachments for notification based service calls

(S4)PACG 200 SP09 Unassignment status

Specify which user status should be set on the FSM activity’s notification task in SAP ECC/S4 after activity unassignment in FSM. Prerequisites - status profile already set for the notification task; “Planning status” also entered in the hereby described transaction.
