Layout
The field Layout is used to apply a layout (display a predefined selection of fields) to the ALV view. It’ll be prefilled with the name of the default layout. FSM Cloud Connector delivers the following ready layouts for this transaction:
Details view
Select an entry and click on the Details button to display all fields for a given entry (in a given layout). The details view is editable.
Enable/disable a checkbox column for all entries
Use the buttons Enable for all/Disable to activate/deactivate an entire checkbox column for all entries at once.
Compare entries
To display differences between entries, select at least 2 entries (max. 5) and click the Compare entries button.
The button remains inactive (greyed out) if no or 1 entry is selected.
A pop-up window informs whether differences were identified:
The initial comparison window displays all customizing fields (within the selected variant):
Click ‘SHOW DIFFERENCES’ to limit the displayed fields only to the ones where differences were identified:
Copy/overwrite service call type configuration
Use the duplication button to copy service call type configuration, e.g. from company 1 into company 2, either by creating a new entry or overwriting an existing one. This functionality allows to easily maintain identical service call type settings across two companies.
