FSM Cloud Connector-related GOS options

You can add FSM Cloud Connector-related options to the GOS menu in IW33 or https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/1239973893, e.g. to be able to display the related checklists or not processed idocs directly in those transactions.

New GOS options are added by going to transaction SM30 and maintaining table SGOSATTR:

Make sure to maintain a proper sequence of “Next service” attributes. If putting a new GOS option at the top, make sure that it uses the very first GOS option as the name (not first in the list but first when tracing down the “Next” service reference sequence. When putting it as last, make sure that the last GOS option uses it as its “Next” service. The sequence in which options are displayed is only managed by the “Next” field, not by the order in the list. If the sequence is not properly maintained, the new options (or any at all) will not be displayed. This is a standard SAP functionality. Processed Idocs for Service order and Activity

(S4)PACG 200 SP10

It is possible to monitor processed idocs for service orders and activities from the GOS menu in change or display mode. After opening the option, an ALV report is available, which displays related objects for activity/service order. It is possible to filter documents by their status - processed (green icon), with warnings (yellow icon), with error (red icon). At the top of the report there are 2 buttons: Idoc Report and COGI Report. The first redirects the user to the cockpit with the selected idoc. The second redirects the user to the COGI transaction, this is usable only if the selected document has the "COGI" box checked.

Please pay attention that not all objects are included in this list.

Report support following objects for outbound messages:

  • /PACG/ECM_SERVICECALL

  • /PACG/ECM_ACTIVITYOUT

  • /PACG/ECM_GOODREC

  • /PACG/ECM_CHECKLIST_D_O

  • /PACG/ECM_WORKTIME

  • /PACG/ECM_ATTCHMOUT

  • /PACG/ECM_RMAT

And for incoming objects:

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_SERVICECALL

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_ACTIVITY

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_ATTACHMENT_H

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_TIMEEFF_H

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_EXPENSE

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_MILEAGE

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_GOODREC

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_STOCKTR

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_CHECKLST_D_H

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_BATCH_RECIEVE

  • /PACG/ECM_IS_WORKTIME_H

Data on related Idocs is stored in the /PACG/ECM_ASCI table. The /PACG/ECM_DEL_CIDOCS deletion report is designed for deleting entries in case of too much data.
