/PACG/ECM_CSCON – Service Contract Additional Settings
Contract positions of defined type & item type are sent to the cloud as "Service Contract" if they link to an equipment (as they are only visible from equipment in mobile app).
The object "Service Contract" contains fields which do not exist in SAP (Include Material, Effort & Mileage, Resolution & Response Time). Values can be entered in these fields per contract type / position type. Note: At current time include expense is not supported by the connector.
Resolution and response time column are in minutes.
