11.2 How to enable Team Assignment functionality
In order to enable the Team Assignment functionality, all you need to do is assign a set of business cases to the appropriate users.
- Adding Business Case: 12134 will enable the Branches and Teams dropdowns that will allow you to chose on which team you want to assign the Entity you are creating (either Sales Lead or Purchase Lead). A call center agent will need this Business Case in most of the cases
- Adding Business Case: 12135 will allow the user to see the "To Pickup Leads Gridlist", "To Pickup Opportunities Gridlist" and "To Pickup Purchase Leads Gridlist". A sales advisor will need this Business Case in most of the cases.
- Adding Business Case: 12136 will allow the user to see the "Branch and Team" dropdown on Purchase Lead Creation. A purchase advisor will need this Business Case in most of the cases.
- Adding Business Case: 9380 will allow the user to see the "To Pickup Complaints Gridlist".
In order to disable the functionality for 1,2 and 3, you just remove the above Business Cases. 4 is enabled sitewide and the Business Case only shows the "To Pickup Complaints Gridlist". To disable 4 code changes required to override the behavior.
