Defining Up-selling or Cross-selling Options

Defining Up-selling or Cross-selling Options

You define up-selling or cross-selling for each order at the item level. The options for up-selling or cross-selling can be displayed, selected, and copied into an existing order. For example, a part can be replaced by another valid part or package (comprising part and labor value).

You can access the order processing function either directly in the system or using the VSS Fiori Apps.

Procedure

  1. In the SAP Easy Access menu, proceed to the Order Processing view from Start of the navigation path Vehicle Sales and Service (VSS) Next navigation step Order Processing Next navigation step Order Processing End of the navigation path. Choose the relevant organizational data to view the orders.

If you are using the VSS Fiori Apps, access it from Start of the navigation path VSS Order Processing Next navigation step Order overview End of the navigation path.

  2. Search for the required order using the order search options.

  3. Select the order number in the search result, and proceed to the Item or Parts tab screen, as required.

  4. In edit mode, select the item in the item list, choose Up-selling/Cross-selling, and from the available menu options choose Up-Selling/Cross-Selling of Items.

    Note

You can alternatively replace the original package itself with another package by choosing the corresponding menu option.
  5. Select the required proposal items or package from the dialog box and choose OK. You can select multiple proposal items, if required.

  6. The original item or package gets replaced by or appended with the selected proposal items.
