Mass Vehicle Configuration

You can use this function to create multiple vehicles at a time with the same model and configuration. It enables you to specify vehicle configuration options, for example, standard features, colors, and accessories for a large number of vehicles simultaneously.

Activities

1. In the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Vehicle Sales and Service > Vehicle Processing > Mass Vehicle Processing. Alternatively, run transaction /DBE/MASSACTIONS.
2. On the Create Vehicles tab, specify the required data and the number of vehicles to be created. Then choose Load Features.
   The Vehicle Options list opens with the default features of the chosen model appearing already selected; all listed options are derived from the model master.
3. In the Select column, select the vehicle configuration options you wish to assign to the new vehicles.
4. Choose Create Vehicles.
   The system creates the specified number of vehicles with all selected configuration options. You can select these vehicles on the Worklist tab for any further logistical processes such as the creation of purchase orders.
