Fleet Order with Delivery Document

You can use this function to create a fleet order with a delivery document (order type 3520). The order with delivery is based on vehicle model contains the vehicle item and the sales order relevant vehicle model features items.

This order type gives the flexibility to create an outbound delivery document for multiple vehicles and accessories.

Prerequisites

For the item category you use in the vehicle order for the features items, you have made the settings in Customizing for Vehicle Sales and Service, by choosing Order > Item Category > Define Item Category for Order.
You have defined a vehicle model. For this vehicle model you have defined the features as master data and set the Option in Model Is Relevant for Copying to Vehicle indicator. You have not set the Not Sales Order-Relevant indicator. 

Features

1. During the delivery action execution from the VSS sales order, it is feasible to select a list of vehicles or equipment numbers to split the delivery.
2. The delivery document can be deleted from the VSS sales order or deleted from S4HANA SD outbound delivery.
3. The goods issue and reversal of goods issue can be performed only from S4HANA SD transactions.
