A condensed form of information that provides a quick overview on customer-related information, such as:

• Contact persons
• Basic data
• Vehicles
• Partner functions
• Marketing attributes
• Warranties
• Open recalls
• Credit information
• Vehicle orders
• Service orders
• Parts orders
• Notifications (activities and complaints)
• Invoices (credit and debit invoices)

Integration

You can display the fact sheet in the vehicle master by choosing Goto > Fact Sheet, or from the VSS order by choosing Environment > Fact Sheet. In Customizing for Vehicle Sales and Service (VSS) under Customer Data Management > Dynamic Sheet, you can define content objects, styles, and layouts for the fact sheet.
