Processing Returns

You can use this function to return goods by creating a returns delivery and then posting a goods receipt for the returned goods.

Activities

• You create a new VSS order with of type Returns, for example Service Returns (2101). You can create this new VSS order of type Returns with reference to the original VSS order.
• You choose the Delivery pushbutton. The system copies the delivery quantity and the delivery date from the VSS order. You can change these entries in the Delivery dialog box.
• You post the goods movement for the return by using transaction VL02N (Change Outbound Delivery). The system automatically recognizes the return as goods receipt and carries out the returns posting.
