UPDATE of WBS activities in SAP FSM

Activity WBS elements with statuses other than I0043 (locked), I0045 (technically completed), I0046 (closed) or I0076 (deletion flag) can be updated in SAP ECC/S4 based on activity change in SAP FSM. The changes include person responsible role, basic/forecast dates, equipment and subject.

Person responsible
The technician assigned to an activity in SAP FSM will be added to activity WBS as partner role ‘VW Person responsible’.
Equipment
Equipment added to an activity in SAP FSM will be added to activity WBS in SAP ECC/S4:
Dates
Duration of inbound activities is added as activity WBS basic duration. Planned duration of inbound activities is added as activity WBS forecast duration.
Activity start/end dates modified in SAP FSM affect both basic and forecast dates of corresponding activity WBSs.
Example
The following two activity WBS elements are created. The first one has duration of 6 hours, the second 1 day.
Assign and release the activities in SAP FSM:
The dates, time and duration are updated in the dedicated FSM activity table:
Basic and forecast dates are updated on the activity WBS element level.
Use field ‘No work/dur’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_WBS - WBS (Service call) - Definition to not update duration in activity WBS element based on duration and planned duration from SAP FSM.
