Removing a service call WBS in SAP results in removing the service call from SAP FSM and closing its related activities:

The dependent activity is sent as closed to SAP FSM.

Activities related to removed WBS elements can get a special user-defined prefix, as well as be set to a special workflow step. This is customized in transaction /PACG/ECM_ACTIVE – General Properties of E4C Activity.

Remove an activity WBS element in SAP ECC/S4. The related activity is sent to SAP FSM as closed and its subject is extended with a user-defined prefix.

Additionally, a predefined workflow step can be sent for the activity.
