DATE determination for WBS service calls/activities
Dates for WBS service calls and activities can be customized using fields ‘DT Order Header’, ‘Assign. dat/time’ and ‘Dates alloc’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_WBS - WBS (Service call) – Definition.

Default start/end time of activities
WBS elements cannot be assigned time, only dates. Use fields ‘Start of-’ and ‘End of Activity’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTDF - WBS (Service call) - Default values to set default activity start/end time (during activity creation). Otherwise, activity time will be set as ’08:00:00 – 16:00:00’. This will be overwritten after dispatching the activity on the planning board in SAP FSM.

To create an activity with planned duration in minutes, change the duration unit to minutes in the project builder:
