Service calls and activities in PP integration
CREATION of service call/activities
Service Call transfer to FSM
PP orders can be created using the transaction CO01. Provide the material to be produced, production plant and order type.
Only orders with quantity equal to 1 are relevant for FSM.
Create routing and BOM for operations and components required for production planning.

Components overview:
Only production orders with serial number assigned are relevant for FSM.
After the Production order is released and saved, a service call is automatically transferred to FSM.
The service call can be found in the SAP FSM Planning and Dispatching by using the PP order number.
Activity transfer to FSM
Activity will be transferred along with the service call IDoc (production order release and save).
Activities can be found in the activities tab of service call.
The activity can be dispatched to an available technician and then released. Activity release triggers transfer of this activity to SAP. The person responsible and start/end date and time is stored on activity level and can be displayed with transaction /PACG/ECM_ACTI_VC03 - Display FSM Activity:
HEADER material in PP integration
The material to be produced - indicated in the PP order header - can be transferred to FSM as a service product in the activity detail screen.
When the production order is released, the material to be produced is sent to FSM for all the operations in the PP order.
In FSM app, the technician can view the service product.
DATE determination for Service call/activities
Service call start/end dates depend on the ‘Scall start/end and Act. earl.start/due’ setting of transaction /PACG/ECM_VPPSCTD - Prod order service call types def.. Either basic or scheduled dates can be used.
Activity Planned dates depend on the ‘Activity planned start/end date’ setting of transaction /PACG/ECM_VPPSCTD - Prod order service call types def.. Earliest or latest dates of an operation can be used.
ATTACHMENTS of Service call/activities
GOS/BDS/DMS attachments can be added to PP order and sent as service call and activity attachments to FSM.
Attachments added to service call and activity in FSM can be stored as GOS/BDS/DMS attachments in PP order.
