10.2 Add predefined solution
When the status of a Complaint is in the status Research/ Analysis complete the user can select the activity "Solution found'. In the 'Add a new Solution' form the user navigates to the Solution Details. From the plus sign '+' on the top right the user can "Add predefined solution". A pop up for predefined solutions is displayed and the user can select from the drop-down list one of the available values. Upon saving a new event is now planned with the title "Inform customer".
