/PACG/ECM_CTDUS - Service Call User Status

General purpose

Specify how SAP user statuses should be used for FSM service calls. User statuses can be used as service call origins or to indicate that a given order was created from FSM.

The functionality is not implemented for network and notification-based service calls.

Sending transaction (?)

/PACG/ECM_TRIG_SCORI - Service Call Origin

(S4)PACG 200 SP09 You can navigate to the sending transaction using the button Send to FSM, placed on the toolbar.

Object assignment (?)

Object SCALLORIGIN must be added to /PACG/ECM_NOAS - No Object Assignment for a given company

Mapping rules

Origin of Service Call

1 Service call created in cloud - if a service call was created in FSM, set a given user status to the resulting order in SAP ECC/S4

2 Origin of Service call - user statuses which can be transferred to FSM as service call origins.

Service call origins can then be sent with transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_SCORI.
