Work time and work time tasks

Non service-related work time can be booked using the Work Time tab in the FSM mobile app.

 

Work time task definitions and time frames are customized in transaction /PACG/ECM_VWRKTC - Work Time Task Definition .

Currently, it is required to maintain at least one 'order for confirmation' for the inbound process to run properly.

Process

Work time tasks are created in transaction /PACG/ECM_VWRKTC - Work Time Task Definition and then sent to FSM with transaction /PACG/ECM_WRKTTSND - Work Time Task. They should not be created in FSM.

It’s recommended to switch off the default work time task presence in a permission group.

 

  1. Ensure proper Time Frames customizing in transaction /PACG/ECM_VWRKTC - Work Time Task Definition for a given company and a work time task, including order for confirmation.

2. Create a new work time task in the mobile app.

 

3. After synchronization, an idoc of type /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_WORKTIMEIN is sent to SAP (2-hour difference, see the TIMEZONEID field).

 

4. If the ‘CATS active’ field is set in transaction /PACG/ECM_CTET - Time posting settings, an entry should be created in the Time Sheet.

 

Navigate to transaction CAT3 and enter a proper personnel number, YE4C data entry profile and date.

Work time split into two entries in CAT3 - one with activity type 101 (Standard service) and the second one, starting from 16:30 with type 104 (Nachtzuschlag/Night surcharge).
