Automatically close activities after technical completion of the related service order
In /PACG/ECM_VSCTD - Service Call types definition enable field ‘Finalize confirmations after checkout’ for a test order type in a test company, e.g. order type ZS01, company 8).
In transaction /PACG/ECM_SCSTD - Status of Service Call set the system status ‘Technically completed’ as ‘C outstanding’ for the test company. Make sure the activity status is set to ‘5’ as well.
Create a service order of type defined in /PACG/ECM_VSCTD - Service Call types definition .
Notice that the activity related to this service order has status ‘open’.
Its execution stage in FSM is ‘execution’.
Carry out technical completion of the service order (system status TECO).
Notice that the status of the related activity has changed to ‘closed’.
The execution stage in FSM has changed to ‘closed’ as well.
