Test the service in a web browser

Test the service in a web browser

Open the service URL in a web browser. Verify it opens fine. If the certificate is not signed by a trusted CA Authority (but self-signed or signed by an internal CA authrority), it is fine if there is an untrusted certificate error reported. What is important at this stage is, the server responds to the request.
