S/4HANA Service Order - Date fields mapping
The Dates values in Service Order are stored on 2 levels: on Header level and Item level. The Header level corresponds to Service call and Item level reflect the Activity on FSM side. The Service Order has separate section with Dates value:
Service call - Service Order header

Planned start date | Planned date from has the highest priority. If this field is empty, then Requested start date is taken from Service Order. |
Planned end date | Planned date to has the highest priority. If this field is empty, then Requested end date is taken from Service Order. |
Earliest start date | Requested start date from Service Order |
Due date | Requested end date from Service Order |
FSM => SAP
FSM Property | Source in SAP Fiori |

Planned start date | Planned date from has the highest priority. If this field is empty, then Requested start date is taken from Service Order. |
Planned end date | Planned date to has the highest priority. This date is passed to Requested end date if Due date in FSM is empty. |

Activity - Service Order Item

Planned start date | Planned date from has the highest priority. If this field is empty, then Requested start date is taken from Service Order Item. This date can be taken from header level, when this value is empty on item level. |
Planned end date | Planned date to has the highest priority. If this field is empty, then Requested end date is taken from Service Order Item. This date can be taken from header level, when this value is empty on item level. |

Estimated Duration | Quantity in HR units from Service Order Item |
Earliest start date | Requested start date from Service Order Item |
Due date | Due by from Service Order Item has the highest priority. If the field is empty, then Requested end date is taken from Item. If Requested end date on item level is empty, then the same date is taken from header service order level. |
