Sending equipment belonging to the structure using the transfer transaction (/PACG/ECM_EQUI)

Keep in mind the structure of an equipment planned to be sent. The structure can be checked in transaction IEO3.

Navigate to transaction /PACG/ECM_EQUI and enter the number of an equipment to be sent. If the ‘Send sub hier’ option in /PACG/ECM_EQ1 is not set, checking the ‘Send Subhierarchy’ field here will overwrite that customizing.

After executing, four outbound equipment idocs are generated (also related idocs can be generated, such as address or item). The number of transferred equipments corresponds to the number of top-down structure elements of the sent object (in this case equipment had three sub-objects).
