Example flow

 

1. Create a new service order and define work and duration on operation level.

2. Uncheck the box “No work/dur” in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTD – Service Call Type Definition 

 

Change in FSM duration or work time in activity.

 

Duration and/or work time of the service order operation will be updated.

 

3. Check the box “No work/dur” in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTD – Service Call Type Definition

 

Change in FSM work or duration time in activity

 

After changes of the activity’s time and duration in SAP FSM, no changes can be found in the related service order operation.
