Vehicle Models, Features and Prices

VSS will be the source of truth for vehicle models, features, and price information. Vehicle models, features and prices maintained in VSS will be used for executing sales activities in DSW.

Prerequisites

Before sending vehicle models, features, and price, you must ensure the following:

1. Technical connection has been established between VSS and DSW.

2. Mapping objects which are related to the vehicle model are maintained in DSW.

3. Vehicle models, features and prices have been created and maintained in VSS.

Activities

Refer below steps to send vehicle models, features, and prices to DSW:

1. Create and maintain vehicle models, features, and prices in VSS, real time update in DSW.

2. Access transaction code /DBE/ODL_VM_MASTER to send vehicle models and features to DSW. A background job can be created to schedule the transmission to DSW based on a predefined timing and interval.

3. Access transaction code /DBE/IFM for monitoring.
