Reporting

Reporting is a part of the UI5 application used to display data in one place. This solution generates fast and easy to read report’s which is useful for user who wants to compare different appointments or resources. Reporting is divided into 3 groups: capacity report, order overview and workshop resources. This application also provides information like number of planned hours or duration of an order.

Below are presented and explained:

Capacity Report

Application displays dates, hierarchy, resources and how capacity is handled. Table view shows total number of hours available in a week, free stays for free hours, plan for planned hours, occupation shows in % relation between total and planned hours and overplan shows how many hours are overplanned. For example resource ROOM have total 24 hours of work, due to orders this resource is busy for 20 (planned) which means this ROOM have only 4 hours of free time. If this resource had 34 hours planned work overplan tab will show number equals to 10 and occupation would be 142 %.
