Overview list presents all the VGM Orders grouped within defined statuses. This is the main, entering screen of the application:

Functionalities available within this screen are following:
Document search
Documents aggregated in lists
VGM documents are aggregated in lists, based on the status. Each list can be labelled with different icon and colour (blue, red, green).

General, predefined search was set up to enable user a quick search of VGM documents.
Following fields are available:
Document number
Header status
Plant
Storage location
VIN
Name (First name)
Name 2 (Last name)
Documents search
If the user needs more detailed view, more selection criteria are available under “Filters”.
Displayed fields definition
List with documents is loaded with the standard view (predefined list of columns).
However, if the user wants to change the displayed columns he can go to the settings and define different view.

Document creation
User has possibility to execute two actions for new document creation:
Create new document
Create with reference
Creation of new document
Detailed creation of the document is described in the next chapter (document details).
Action execution
Once one or more documents are selected (by marking a line) it is possible to execute an action on them.
Example actions can be:
Cancel document
Change document
Scrap goods
Store in warehouse etc.
Actions are displayed based on the status(es) of selected document(s).

Export list to Excel file
It is possible to export the list of documents to Excel file.
