Second screen of the application contains detailed data for selected document:

Below screen consists of following sections:
General/ Vehicle Data
Customer data
Item list
Header texts

Document creation
Document creation takes place on the detailed VGM screen. User has to enter plant and at least one item to be able to save the document.
User should create VGM order with customer and vehicle assignment, but it is not necessary that vehicle and customer exist as SAP master data.

Following functionalities are available within this screen:
Customer/ vehicle search
User can use a search in order to find the Customer and Vehicle in the SAP data base. Search is based both on customer and vehicle data.

Clear business partner data
When user selected wrong customer data he can clear them using a button marked with pencil.

Unbind from the Business Partner in the System
User can delete the link to SAP Business Partner.

When user selected wrong vehicle data he can clear them using a button marked with pencil.

Add items
Using a button with plus sign it is possible to add new items to the VGM order.

Once clicking on the “plus” button user can select item type to be added. Item types are defined in customizing.

Table with item data is added. Displayed columns and fields are defined in customizing.

More data can be entered per each position. User has to go to item details:

User has possibility to add attachments.

User has possibility to add couple different general header texts to the VGM order.
