Booking Sections.
The bookings are organized in the following categories:
Inquiries, where requests for quotations are visible.
Quotations, where quotations provided in respose to inquiries are visible.
Upcoming, where current and future rental contracts are displayed.
Completed, where past rental contracts are displayed.
Cancelled, where cancelled rental contracts are displayed.
Inquiries.
The section displays list of inquiries created by the customer. It’s possible to cancel the request from the inquiry details screen.
Quotations.
The section displays list of quotations provided to the customer for acceptance. A blue circle next to the “Quotations” header indicates the number of quotations awaiting customer’s acceptance.
Quotation Acceptance.
Upcoming.
The section displays list of current and future rental contracts.
In case of pre-payments bookings, it’s possible to download payment receipt.
Booking Cancellation.
The availability of contract cancellation is based on the time distance to the rental start. If cancellation is still available, then the “Cancel” button is visible.
When used, the system cancels the contract and invoice. In case of pre-payments, the refund is initiated.
Completed.
The section displays list of past rental contracts.
Cancelled.
The section displays list cancelled rental contracts.
