Adding skills to crowd technicians

Skills can be added by a crowd partner to each of their technicians by navigating to a technician and ticking any skill available in the Skills section.
After saving, the following idoc is generated:
/PACG/ECM_ITYPE_SKILL_IN
The cloud name refers to the personal number of the technician.
The skills can be approved or rejected by the crowd owner. Approved skills generate an idoc of type /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_APRV_IN.
The skills are stored as qualifications in SAP HR Master Data. They can be maintained in PPDPIM – Individual Development.
Approvals are stored in table /PACG/ECM_APRV1:
