Example – set user status ‘Work done’ for unassigned activities
In transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTD, field ‘Cancelled status’ enter a user status of your choice.
Create a new service order of type for which a cancelled status is defined in /PACG/ECM_SCTD.
Notice that currently no user status in set for the order’s operation.
Find and unassign the related activity in FSM WFM.
A new inbound activity idoc holds a ‘status’ value of ‘closed’ and ‘checkedout’ value of ‘false’.
The user status ‘work done’ should now be set for the operation linked to the unassigned activity.
